Fear + Phobia

Phobias are thoughts; and patterns of thought can be changed.
— Linton Davey

A phobia is a projected response to an irrational fear; a sometimes-extreme aversion to something. Seemingly, these responses surface, even in the absence of danger.

Many surrender to phobia without adequately addressing its impact on their lives. Do you imagine your life without phobia: the irrational fear of flying, reptiles, rodents, heights, or whichever fear limits your capacity to participate as you’d desire? Phobias are thoughts, and patterns of thought can be changed. They are now known to be completely manageable.

At The Process Room, the practices of clinical hypnotherapy and strategic psychotherapy combine to identify phobia thoughts and limitations, reduce their effect upon your life, and to leave them in the past where they belong.
